• No-shows may not be eligible for refunds.

Investigative IQ reserves the right to make reasonable exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

We do not guarantee that Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
 

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVESTIGATIVE IQ, ITS OWNERS, INSTRUCTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• INCIDENTAL DAMAGES

• CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

• SPECIAL DAMAGES

• EXEMPLARY DAMAGES

• LOST PROFITS

• LOST DATA

ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
 

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Investigative IQ and its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

Force Majeure

Investigative IQ shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including:

Governing Law

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Washoe County, Nevada, unless prohibited by applicable law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Investigative IQ regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications.
