REFUND POLICY
Cancellation 14 Days or More Notice
Due to limited seating, please notify us of any cancellation at least 14 calendar days before your scheduled class. This allows us time to offer your seat to another participant. You may cancel by contacting us through our website. Cancellations made less than 14 calendar days before the class are non‑refundable and the full class fee will be forfeited.
Cancellation 13 Days or Less Notice
If you do not cancel at least 14 calendar days before your class and have not yet paid the tuition, you are still responsible for the full tuition amount.
If you cancel within the 14‑day period, we may, at our discretion, offer you a credit toward a future class. This credit is not guaranteed and is decided on a case‑by‑case basis. All decisions made by the Institute are final.
Any credits for future classes must be applied within the next 12 calendar months.
Transfer or Substitution
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your tuition to a substitute participant at no additional cost. The same cancellation policy applies to the substitute. You are responsible for informing the substitute of all class details and refund terms.
