INVESTIGATOR COURSE OUTLINE

Based in Northern Nevada, the Interview and Interrogation Institute (III) has provided superior law enforcement interview and interrogation training in the Western United States since 1982. This investigator training class specifically covers interview and interrogation techniques for law enforcement investigators, featuring hands-on, experiential, proven interrogation techniques.

CANCELLATION POLICY

By registering for any of our live training classes, you are agreeing to the following cancellation policy. So be sure your calendar is clear and that you have authorization to attend.

Due to limited seating, we request that you notify us of cancellation at least 14 calendar days before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by email to thehumancaliber@gmail.com. If you have to cancel your class within 14 calendar days before the class we do not make refunds and you will lose payment for the class.

If you do not notify us of cancellation prior to 14 calendar days and you have not yet paid the tuition, you are still liable for the full tuition.

If you cancel within the 14 calendar day period, we may, depending on circumstances, offer you a credit for a future class but this credit is not guaranteed and is considered on a case-by-case basis. Any decision by the institute is final.

Any credits for future classes must be applied within the next 12 calendar months.

By registering for this class by either the online registration on our website, or by email to the institute, or by phone, you understand that I am holding a spot. Prepaid reservations for this event are only refundable if the cancellation is made more than 14 calendar days prior to the class.

If you are unable to attend, you can transfer the tuition to a substitute person at no additional cost. However, the cancellation policy will apply to the substitute. It is your responsibility to inform the substitute.

If you have prepaid and you need to cancel, you may cancel your class registration up to 14 calendar days before the class begins and receive a full refund.
